Skinny Blueberry Pancakes – This recipe makes delicious pancakes that are low-sugar, low-fat, low-carb, and high protein! I added fresh blueberries while the pancakes were cooking, and I split 1 tsp of butter over all of them. And I allotted 1/8 cup of real maple syrup for each serving. If you're counting Weight Watchers Points Plus, then it's only 5 points – including butter and syrup! These were a big hit at my house!
