Architect-Designed Flatware. Shown here is a brushed-stainless line designed by Arne Jacobsen.

Spoon set by David Collins Studio and Cutipol. Inspired by his personal collection of vintage cutlery, Simon Rawlings, creative director of David Collins Studio, devised this spoon set, appropriate for cheese, oysters, eggs, caviar, sorbet and soup. Using Cutipol’s Goa range as a starting point, the handles feature the studio’s signature blue shade.

Yuki Sakano cutlery — 'Each piece is made by Yuki herself from solid Nickel silver, and then plated again one last time with pure silver. You can keep the beautiful light colour by polishing with a soft cloth, or as Yuki would intend, enjoy the tarnished silver as it naturally oxidizes.'
