this is on my pose wish list. I am practicing prep work and enjoying the journey. All of the more advanced postures I have been able to do have been fun to break down and progress towards. They don't happen on the first try, so why not enjoy the journey? Namaste.

Keeping the arms very strong, bend your right knee and stack your right hip over your left, opening up the hip, groin and thigh. My Yoga Professor at Cal State used to emphasize how important stretching in the morning is. She used to tell us that in nature mamals do this first thing upon waking.
