blueberry + chocolate cupcakes: blueberries, chocolate, ganache, and a sprinkling of unicorn dust, I'm sure. I made these years ago for a friend's birthday. They looked lovely, and they're so... fresh looking even though it's chocolate, which doesn't exactly scream fresh to me.
Hot chocolate on a spoon! Simply melt dark or milk chocolate chips, a spoonful of Nutella. When chocolate starts to harden place a wooden spoon in the top and add a cute tag or ribbon. Heat your preferred milk, or non-dairy milk, and add the chocolate on a spoon. As the chocolate melts it will make a yummy hot chocolate. *Opt: add a drop or two of flavored extract (such as peppermint or a dash of cinnamon) when you melt the chocolate to make a variety of flavors.
