White Chicken Chili - So good on this cold day. I was afraid it would be too spicy but after all the cooking it mellowed out a little but still had a good kick. I didn't need any extra hot sauce at the end. I ate it with some cheddar, sour cream, and tortilla strips. It was awesome, I cant wait for leftovers tomorrow.
