Personal Portobello Mushroom Pizza -- Preheat broiler. Drizzle mushroom caps with extra-virgin olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Broil mushrooms 5 minutes on each side until tender. Fill mushroom caps with pizza sauce. Add veggies or meats of choice, top with mozzarella cheese. Place under broiler to brown 2 to 3 minutes. Serve whole or cut into quarters.
