Crack Potatoes: 5 ingredients- 2 (16 ounce) containers sour cream- 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded- 2 (3 ounce) bags real bacon bits or cook 6 to 8 strips of bacon- 2 packages Ranch Dip mix- 1 large (28 - 30 ounce) bag frozen hash brown potatoes-shredded kind- Combine first 4 ingredients, mix in hash browns. Just made these. By far the best potatoes I have done. Didn't quite follow instructions. Did 6 potatoes. Quartered in microwave safe dish added a little water to bottom of pan. Cooked in microwave about 5 minutes then removed. Drained put back in Pyrex with olive oil. Sprinkled seasoned salt and a veggie seasoning mix. Tossed to coat. Cooked in oven 425 for about 20 - 25 min. Delicious!
OH MY!!! must try! 3/4 bag ziti noodles,1 lb of ground beef, 1 pkg taco seasoning, 1cup water, 1/2 pkg cream cheese, 1 1/2 cup shredded cheese -- boil pasta until just cooked, brown ground beef drain, mix taco seasoning 1 cup water w/ ground beef for 5 min, add cream cheese to beef mixture, stir until melted remove from heat, put pasta in casserole dish, mix in 1 cup cheese, top pasta/cheese with beef mixture gently mix, top w/ remaining cheese, bake at 350* uncovered for 15-20 minutes
