1 cup flour, 1 cup of water, 1/2 cup salt, 1 tblspn vegetable oil, 2 tspn cream of tartar and .3 oz box sugar free gelatin. cook over medium heat, stir constantly until mixture forms a ball about 3 1/2 min. Let dough cool, then knead until smooth. makes about 2 cups. store in ziplock bag and use within a week.
