Apple Mug Muffin in 2 Minutes (1 T grass fed butter (or coconut oil), 2 T unsweetened applesauce, 1 egg, vanilla extract, maple syrup, 3 T almond flour or 2 T coconut flour, cinnamon, baking powder, pinch of salt, 1 T finely chopped apple, pinch of crumbled walnuts, and pinch of cold butter)
Perfect weekend breakfast!! Dump 2 sliced apples, 1/3 cup brown sugar, 1 tsp cinnamon in the bottom of the crock pot. Pour 2 cups of oatmeal and 4 cups of water on top. Do NOT stir. Cook overnight for 8 - 9 hours on low.
