DIY Laundry Detergent - 6 ingredients, cost you about $28 a year, this recipe makes a batch that will last a year! I like the addition of fabric softener, because most homemade detergent doesn't make your laundry smell good.

DIY Laundry Detergent- smells wonderful, leaves towels fluffier, and is very inexpensive! I like this recipe better than the other one. The addition of the fabric softener means laundry will smell better and feel softer

This detergent is great! I used Fels Naptha instead of Zote b/c I had that on hand. It cleans and it smells so good! I tend to want to use more in a load but don't b/c too much will not rinse out and causes bad odor. But when used in proper amount it is just awesome!

2 tbs? I do extra large loads. Is this enough or should I bump to 3 tbs?
