Pancake Sausage Bites I have a mini cupcake maker ($15 @ Walmart) but regular cupcake pans can be used. Cut up smoked sausage into bite size pieces and cook. Fill cups halfway with pancake batter and submerge sausage. Bake til brown. Super quick and yummy!
Pour pancake batter into muffin tin- can add some sausage pre-bake, or afterward, put a little hole in each muffin and add a little syrup!

Garlic and herb cheesy bombs. Take one package of crescent rolls add some garlic herb butter to the center of each triangle and a pinch of shredded mozzarella cheese. Fold all corners in on each other until you get a ball. Cook for 4-5 min in babycakes cupcake maker. Brush with more garlic butter and sprinkle with parmesan cheese. I call them bombs because they are just like a filled cupcake but with butter and cheese inside and that made my head explode a bit.
