This is our favorite way to eat broccoli or cauliflower of all time! My husband says he would rather eat this than fries. I put a few Tbsp of olive oil in a ziploc with some salt and pepper and the broccoli and shake. Then spread on a cookie sheet and spread minced garlic over it and roast at 425 deg F for 20-25 minutes.
OMG Chicken - Simply mix 1/2 cup of sour cream and 1/4 cup of parmesan cheese. Spread over chicken breast in a baking dish. Sprinkle Italian bread crumbs on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. OMG

Note: I use thin sliced chicken breast, chicken broth in substitute for dry white wine and I use Pacific Foods brand cream of mushroom soup and or cream of chicken (it's made with ingredients you can read unlike say Campbell's brand). I double the recipe to feed a family of 5.
