In chapter 20, we are formally introduced to Mr. Dolphus Raymond. He is known as a drunk, but really he just drinks Coca Cola. They go back into the courtroom when Dill calms down, and Atticus gives his final briefing before the court makes its decision.
Chapter 20: Dill starts crying during the trial so Scout take him out front. Dolphus Ramund comes up to them and let's Dill try what's in his brown paper bag he always has. It turns at all it is, is coca-Cola and he's not actually a drunk. He lets people believe he drinks all the time to distract them from his choices and family. Also Atticus makes his closing statement and asks the jury to make the verdict with justice in mind and not race.
