Tuesday, October 7, 2008 This is so easy and so good. We eat this salmon at least once every two weeks. Don't let the fact that this is a Weight Watchers recipe fool you, it's delish. Even my family, who aren't big fish eaters, love this meal.
Fat! Another thing people are misinformed about. Without good fats, our body's just don't function properly. I would rather pay more for good fats than put shitty poisonous fats which can cause cancer into my body. Most junk/fast food is full of bad fats.
