Better Homes and Gardens Hutch- If your going to have fine china you might as well use it as a decoration when its not displayed on your table. A great table setting used to be passed down through family's with great pride and only used for celebrations and holidays. Memories were associated with these plates! I love the color , I am a big fan of green, and the scalloped edges of the cabinet. It brings a vintage charm to the dining room but the other furniture keeps it modern.

I like the idea of hanging decorative shelves in a bold color

This vivid green hutch serves as the focal point in the kitchen and makes the perfect background for the antique dishes. Both the china and the woodwork share similar ornate details, unifying the decor. The vintage style shelving blends well in this kitchen, complemented by an antique chandelier that matches the traditional style of the room. Place your shelving atop closed cabinetry to create additional storage and make the most out of the space.

repurposed a hutch transformed into decorative shelves by painting it Martha Stewart’s chinchilla grey and creating cardboard backing inserts with a pattern to mimic the look of wallpaper. It’s a great piece to hold collections and also store practical everyday items in the cabinet below.

this is well arrange, but just too quiet for me. If the inside backs were painted a Chinese red, all of the beigey objects would just pop! They would assume an importance they don't have now. Sherwin Williams Amazing Gray
