    baked hummus and spinach dip ***Very yummy. i didn't add the tahini in the hummus (because I couldnt find it) but i would try it again with the tahini (it's a sesame butter). I also added garlic powder to the hummus mix. It was DELICIOUS. Very tasty. You could even just eat the hummus without the baking and it's AWESOME. I'm so excited that I now know how to make homemade hummus :) ****

Baked Hummus and Spinach Dip   Save Print Prep time 10 mins Cook time 20 mins Total time 30 mins   Author: Erin Alderson Recipe type: Appetizer Serves: 4-6 Ingredients ½ recipe for hummus (above) 2 cups fresh spinach 1 cup shredded cheese Instructions Preheat oven to 375˚ Place spinach in the food processor and pulse a few times until spinach is shredded. Next, make hummus according to directions. Combine hummus, half of cheese, and spinach is a small casserole dish. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake for 20-25 minutes. Cheese should be melted and hummus hot. Serve with pita, crackers, or veggies!
