Directions: - hollow out a small circle in the center of each cupcake; Fill with caramel sauce and replace the cake you removed. - top with buttercream frosting - finish with salted caramel.

chocolate cupcakes with salted caramel frosting - SUCH a moist chocolate cake, process was the most particular of any cupcakes I've ever tried. The frosting could probably halved (or maybe I don't put a lot on my cupcakes). I need to learn how to make caramel better. They taste amazing however!!! I plan on making them again - but as a poor college student I will go to my mother's to use her kitchen again ;)
