OMG Chicken - Simply mix 1/2 cup of sour cream and 1/4 cup of fresh parmesan cheese. Spread over chicken breast in a baking dish. Sprinkle Italian bread crumbs on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. OMG

MELT IN YOUR MOUTH CHICKEN BREAST} 4 boneless chicken breast halves;1 c. mayonnaise;1/2 c. grated parmesan cheese;1 1/2 t. season salt;1/2 t. pepper;1 t. garlic powder} Mix mayonnaise, cheese and sasonings; Spread mixture over chicken and place in baking dish; Bake 375°F for 45 minutes.
Easy veggie dish-- mix together in a casserole dish--olive oil, parm cheese, sliced zucchini, sliced summer squash, chopped tomatoes, a few chopped green onions, chopped garlic & a little fresh ground pepper. Bake for 30 minutes at 350. Yummy!

Hot Bean Dip (aka Texas Trash) 1 pkg cream cheese, softened 2 cans refried beans 1 C sour cream 1 pkg taco seasoning 2 C shredded cheddar cheese 2 C shredded mexican blend cheese with jalapenos Mix cream cheese, sour cream, taco seasoning.
