Fruit salsa with baked cinnamon chips... so yummy! I used half the amount of white sugar in the fruit salsa recipe and substituted a can of drained mandarin oranges instead of the raspberries (I used the food processor rather than chopping it all by hand), and I used double the amount of cinnamon sugar for the tortillas.

Fruit Salsa With Baked Cinnamon Chips. Looks delish. MADE!! Really really yummy!! Cinnamon chips are the important bit. So long as the fruit salad is diced finely, it'll be great!

So find some thick cut potato chips, allow the dip to come to room temperature & dip away. If potato chips aren’t your thing, you could spread this on crackers or even more Super Bowl Snack-ish, potato skins.

Mississippi Sin Dip- SO GOOD! Let's just say that I made this for a party and the ENTIRE thing was gone in an hour or less! I used light sour cream and light cream cheese (not that that really helps this "sinful" dip) SO good. Maybe add a few hits of hot sauce.

(No recipe). For when I'm feeling the need to be carb-y, but otherwise healthy. Minus the avocado.
