Classic Buffalo Wings 4 to 5 lbs chicken wings 1 lg bottle Frank's Red Hot Sauce Ghee (the equivalent of 1stick of butter) Salt and pepper to taste 1 habanero pepper, seeded and quartered (optional) Season chicken with salt and pepper Bake: 350 for 30 min (or until golden and crispy) Mix ghee and hot sauce in medium saucepan and melt on low while chicken is baking. Once chicken is cooked, remove from oven and toss in sauce. Place chicken back in oven for an additional 30 minutes.
