    Brussels Sprout Salad with Sour Cherries, Hazelnuts and Manchego Cheese| Fall flavors meet for an end of summer salad.

    Brussels Sprout Salad w/ Sour Cherries, Hazelnuts and Manchego Cheese w/Lemon Miso Dressing: 1/2 c organic white miso paste (not sweet) 4 T fresh lemon juice 
4 T walnut oil 4 T water
 4 t Dijon mustard
 4 t Agave syrup or honey 
2 t light sesame seed oil 4 grinds black pepper
 pinch salt

 Combine all the ingredients in a food processor, blender or bowl and whisk together until smooth. Taste and adjust seasonings.
