    My favorite recipe is eat raw! Easy peasy and healthy. I was taught in Home Ec class that you should have a mixture of hot and cold foods in a meal. So, why are you cooking/microwaving everything? Let's add more variety in than just a cold salad topped with unhealthy ranch (or nasty tasting lite) dressing.

    What is we got a bunch of Voss bottles and had a station where they would "infuse their water" with different fruits, herbs etc. Voss is kinda expensive water (about $1 each at walmart) BUT it would encourage people to REUSE this bottle. Cuz it's pretty. :)
