This is our favorite way to eat broccoli of all time! My husband says he would rather eat this than fries. I put a few Tbsp of olive oil in a ziploc with some salt and pepper and the broccoli and shake. Then spread on a cookie sheet and spread minced garlic over it and roast at 425 deg F for 20-25 minutes.

Garlic Roasted Broccoli: Pretty good! I'm not sure I love the brown sugar, balsamic combo. I would switch to sesame oil, garlic and a few sesame seeds for panache. Good cooking instructions otherwise.
Garlic Butter Broccoli Broccoli ( fresh or thawed from frozen) 20 oz 2 Tablespoons of Butter or Margarine 1 Clove of Garlic Minced Black Pepper Salt Instructions Cook broccoli in salted boiling water till tender ( about 5 minutes) – drain. In a pan melt butter and add garlic and cook for about 2 minutes + add broccoli and toss. Garnish with pepper.
