Recipe: HEALTHY HOMEMADE Chicken Nuggets made with REAL CHICKEN; Tried these and not only are they some of the best chicken nuggets i've had, they cost less than a bag of processed nuggets, and I once cooked up and popped in the freezer I have the same ease as store bought nuggets-very excited about this!! Plus there is a great honey mustard dip at the bottom of the recipe :).
Homemade Coconut Butter •8 ounce package Unsweetened Shredded Coconut •1 tablespoon melted coconut oil •1 teaspoon of vanilla extract •Pinch of Kosher salt (key ingredient in my humble opinion) everything into Vitamix…blitz everything on high for a minute. After about a minute, a paste forms and you’re done! Don’t over-process the butter because it can overheat the Vitamix.

Rich and deep-flavored ketchup This is more like a traditional homemade ketchup that we would have seen on kitchen tables a couple of decades ago. It requires a lot of ingredients, but the taste is well worth the trouble.
