I never had a recipe, but this is pretty close. The way Robin taught me included honey, and we bake them in a glass dish (stirring every so often) so that they bake down into the delicious juices. I pretty much wing it with the proportions, tho.

Baked-Parmesan-Mushrooms ~ 1 1/2 # cremini mushrooms / 3 T oil / Zest of 1 lemon / 1/4 C lemon juice / 3 cloves garlic, minced / 2 t dried thyme / 1/4 C Grated Parmesan / S&P ~~ OVEN: 375 ~ Place mushrooms onto baking sprayed baking sheet. Add olive oil, lemon zest, lemon juice, garlic, thyme and Parmesan; season with salt and pepper, to taste. Gently toss to combine. Place into oven and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until browned and tender, tossing occasionally. Serve immediately.
