5 Things I wish we did differently in our new house

must, must, MUST have this! I hate my hair dryer sitting out, but it's so inconvenient to plug and unplug everyday!

Pop up hidden outlets - little things excite me . . . this is a great idea!!

Pop up outlets - in the kitchen. In the floor of the dining room (for when you want to put a buffet on the table and use crock pots, or for lighted centerpieces, or...), In the living room, so end tables don't have to be up against the wall....

add a pantry to a corner by building the wall out...I really love the windows and outside shelving.

I can imagine doing something cool with photos + vintage industrial metal grating (not a memo board, but maybe clips+photos?)
