This was pretty tasty (and most of the things are always available at my house, minus the meat of course). I took part of the gravy and mixed in a little flour paste to thicken it up for gravy on the roast and potatoes. Pretty tasty. I'd do this again.
Paula Dean's Pot Roast...really, really good. It absolutely fell apart! Be sure you read the directions and don't use too much of the house seasoning to rub the roast with. My gravy was so salty we couldn't use it. Follow the directions to a T and it will be the best roast you ever made. I will make this again!!
