Old, deserted mill near my hometown in Lindale, Ga. It was destroyed by northern troops during the Civil War and later restored, but has been out of commission for decades. Neat reflection on the water.

"Old Plantation Home" -- [Palmetto, Fulton County, Georgia. At one time this was a working plantation home & was last owned by banker "Jake Ballard." There were slave quarters on the property at one time. It stayed empty after he died in the 1950's. I find it so sad that so many priceless things are left behind. I would LOVE to have pictures of my ancestors-they're very hard to come by.
