Christmas Eggnog Recipe egg nog recipe uses 4 cups milk, 12 eggs. Halved the recipe and used 2 cups milk, 1 cup light cream, 1 cup whipping cream, no cloves or nutmeg. Delicious. Can be made 2 days ahead. Custard should slightly thicken during 3-5 minutes of heating/stirring. Used 1 oz. alcohol to 4 oz. nog. Perfect.
peppermint eggnog recipe: Peppermint ice cream, Peppermint, white chocolate bark, Crushed peppermint, Eggnog. Blend 2 parts peppermint ice cream and one part eggnog. Rim the glasses with with crushed peppermint. Break the peppermint bark into halves and place them on top just before serving.
