    These would be great for a bridal or baby shower. Antipasto skewer appetizers. Stab some cherry tomatoes, mozzarella, pepperoni, cooked tortellini, olives & pepperoncinis. Marinate them in italian dressing in the fridge for a few hours & voila... perfect finger food.

    Antipasto kabobs (*I changed it up from the recipe, using kalamata and black olives, and marinated the kebobs in the balsamic dressing overnight. It made them much better. Otherwise, fabulous but NOT CHEAP, party food. I split recipe in half for 2 parties and they disappeared quickly at both places.)

I made a platter of these for a party last year, they were a hit! I used toothpicks instead of skewers for bite-sized yummies. Antipasto kabobs-19 oz tortellini, cooked-1 can lg black pitted olives-1 5.75 jar green olives-24 oz marinagted mozzarella balls-30 slices salami-60 pieces pepperoni-1 c balsamic vin salad dressing-60 skewers-marinate tortellino 2 hr and skewer all

Antipasto Kabobs - I wouldn't put pasta on mine...but love the concept of making antipasto kebabs with tomatoes, cheese, basil, chargrilled eggplant/capsicum/zucchini, onion, salami, chorizo etc...yum!
