Coconut Curry Noodle Soup

Gluten free • 40 mins to make • Serves 6


2 cups Chicken breast, cooked


2 Carrots
1 Cilantro and slices of lime, fresh
2 tbsp Ginger
3 Green onions
1 Lemongrass stalk
1 Onion
1 cup Snap peas

Canned Goods

1 liter Chicken broth
2 cans Coconut milk
1/4 cup Green curry paste


2 tbsp Fish sauce

Pasta & Grains

1 package Rice noodles

Baking & Spices

1 tbsp Brown sugar
1/2 Red pepper

Oils & Vinegars

2 tsp Vegetable oil

    In an empty pot add huge ornaments, sparkly twigs and white lights! At least this gives me other ideas for using large ornaments and other Christmas decorations in an outdoor flower pot. Like the Christmas bow around the pot.

Would love to do this under my big pine tree

My Festive Front Porch...used my big flower pots as a base, and filled them with evergreen garland, huge ornaments, sparkly twigs and white lights! A package full of sparkle! They look very pretty all lit up at night too!

Front Porch Christmas Decor or back door....this will be outside my front door this year...esp with my crafty husband! :)

This would be great for the boys. One tree per boy for their room. Also might look nice outside on our front porch

Cut 4 ribbons of various length and string ornaments onto it. Fold your ribbon in half and slip the smallest ornament through one of the ends. It will end up on the bottom as your 'support ornament'. Increase the size of ornaments are you go.
