Top 10 Moves for Thinner Thighs. Do this as part of my workout. Once a week. Because I do other leg workouts other days. Add or take away reps if it is to much. I do two sets and I do all workouts. By the second set I do not do all 15, but try to at least do 10 reps. Until I get use to it doing 2/15 is to much, but I do 2 sets. 15 reps first set and 10 reps second set. Good Luck!!!
