1 box white cake, 12 oz 7 up, 1 box strawberry Jello, Cool whip & fresh strawberries. Combine cake mix with diet 7 up, bake as labeled on box, then cool. Poke holes in cake with fork. Mix sugar free Jello with 1 cup hot water, stir until dissolved then add 1 cup cold water - pour over cake. Refrigerate for a couple hours. Spread fat free Cool Whip over cake and top with fresh strawberries.
Strawberry Cream Cake ~ white cake mix, bake and cool; combine cream cheese and powdered sugar, fold into whipped cream, spread over cake and refrigerate; cook package of danish strawberry dessert with strawberry juice, add sliced strawberries and cool, spread on top of cream cheese layer; refrigerate and chill completely before serving. Strawberry Cake 1 box white cake mix 3 TB. plain flour 1 (3 oz) box strawberry jello 1/2 c water 3/4 c oil 1 c frozen strawberries, 4 eggs, Combine cake mix, flour, Jello and water. Add oil and eggs, one at a time, Add strawberries. Pour batter into well greased and floured 9×13 pan. Bake at 350* for 45 minutes. Icing: 1 stick butter, softened, 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened 1 (10 oz) pkg. frozen strawberries, 7 cups powdered sugar
