Great article on the Problem of Entitlement - This is so true!! My mom made all us kids do chores, help elderly grand parents, neighbors, schools and we didn't get paid for it. It was our responsibility to serve as a family or a member of our community and all five of us kids turned out to be good responsible citizens that our parents are proud of.

Great article on the Problem of Entitlement, teaching children to serve @Compassion International International | #itsaboutgiving "Once upon a time it was normal for kids to say, “please” and “thank you”, and they were conscious that they were contributors to the welfare of others. They now generally say, “I deserve what I want, when I want it, without earning it, and I’m bitter if I don’t get it”. They believe the world is theirs to manipulate for their own pleasurable purposes."
