      The Grove (Jefferson, Texas) is an 1861 home that has been called "The most haunted home in the most haunted city in Texas. There are footsteps heard in the house, but no one can be found to account for the phantom steps, and apparitions ranging from a lady in a white dress to a man in the garden have become commonplace on the property.

    According to the Travel Channel's America's Most Haunted, the Whaley House is the number one most haunted house in the United States. The house grounds was reportedly haunted even before the house was built and the family moved in. The first ghost to be reported was the ghost of James "Yankee Jim" Robinson who was hanged in 1852.     The Baby Faced Asylum Tombstone Near the center of Cedar Hill Cemetery is a large tombstone with a 3-D image of a baby's face carved on it. According to legend, if you stare at the baby's face for a while and then turn away, when you look back at the tombstone, the baby will be looking in a different direction. So make sure you take one last glance over your shoulder when you're walking away from this tombstone. Because you never know who, or what, might be watching you.

    Metarie Cemetery, New Orleans - it was rumored that the statue of the woman in front of the tomb would come to life and walk the cemetery grounds at night. It was later discovered that a street light reflecting off the tomb gave it a reddish glow, lending credence to the rumors of the haunting.

    **We see lots of Shadow people in our home***LaCalavera*** supernatural shadow-like humanoid figures that, according to believers, are seen flickering on walls and ceilings in the viewer's peripheral vision. They are often reported moving with quick, jerky movements, and quickly disintegrate into walls or mirrors. They are believed to be evil and aggressive in nature, although a few people consider them to be a form of guardian angel. Hmmmm

    Point Pleasant, WV - Mothman Statue - The first sighting of the supposed Mothman occurred on November 12, 1966. A group of gravediggers working in a cemetery in Clendenin, West Virginia saw the figure fly through the air, right over their heads. Other people began seeing the same creature, which they described as looking like a man with wings.

    In December of 2010, a nature photographer checked on a trail camera he'd set up to film wild animals in a reserve in Morgan City, Louisiana. The camera was smashed, but its SIM card survived. When the photographer uploaded the camera's final images he was shocked at what he found. Instead of a wild animal, his camera caught the image of a ghostly, near-transparent humanoid figure.

    Jefferson Davis Hospital, Houston,Texas -was opened in 1924, demolished in 1999 and converted to Artists lofts where people see figures,hear voices,screams,loud bangs,apparitions of former staff & patients

    Gage Hotel in Marathon, Texas - opened in 1927; Room 10 has the most spirit activity, however guests & staff report three different spirits here that are seen and heard walking down hallways or the patio & porch areas after dark

    Haunted St. Augustine Lighthouse ~ St. Augustine, Florida.

    Hull House was a settlement house back in the early 1900s for immigrants. A woman gave birth to a child whose father was the devil. The mother, disgusted by the child, abandoned the baby at Hull House. The owner, Jane Addams, hid the baby in the attic and raised the child. The child died at a young age. Now, if you look into the second floor window of Hull House, you will see the face of the devil look back at you.
