Beauty Tip: Soft Feet! - Mix together 1 cup lemon juice, teaspoon peppermint oil, 2 tablespoons olive oil, cup milk and enough water to fill the bucket or container you are using. After a few weeks of doing this, your feet will be super soft!
For a deep clean: Mix together ¼ cup mashed-up strawberries, 3 Tbsp plain yogurt, and 1 Tbsp rice flour or any nut that's been ground into a fine powder. Smooth the paste on your skin, avoiding your eyes, and chill out for 20 minutes.
