Chocolate Chip Banana Breakfast Cookies-these are excellent. Freeze well and are a yummy quick breakfast on the go. Great way to add flax seed to your diet. I add mesquite flour to mine, getting some local food and more soluble fiber into the mix.

Baked Oatmeal.... the boys love these!  I baked a batch (about 30) & froze them.  I take two out in the evening before bed and put them in the fridge.  Then, in the morning, I heat them for 30 seconds, sprinkle a little brown sugar on top and pour on a little milk.  The boys call them their breakfast cookies.
