Strawberry Pretzel Salad In Jars : mybakingaddiction --- pp: I wanted to put a modern spin on the retro Strawberry Pretzel Salad. I’ve always wondered why this is called a salad as opposed to say – a pie? Any ideas? It’s a dessert that I fondly remember preparing with my Nana for all types of occasions – including baby showers.

Hannah update: I don't know if it was my brownie mix or if I added too many pretzels, but I added the pretzels and then there wasn't quite enough mix to go on the top. I think I used a thick brownie mix though, so if I do it again I'll use a thin one (or just add more water + oil) to make up for it. Otherwise, delicious!

salted caramel almond pretzel popcorn (adapted from Shutterbean) 12 – 14 c plain popped popcorn 3 c coarsely chopped small salted pretzels 1.5 c toasted almonds, roughly chopped 2 c sugar kosher salt 2/3 c heavy cream 2 c miniature marshmallows Butter a 9×13″ pan and set aside. In your largest bowl possible, dump in the popcorn, pretzels and almonds and toss so that everything is evenly mixed.
