1/3 cup oats 1/3 milk (I use Unsweetened Almond Milk) 1/3 cup canned pumpkin Pumpkin Pie Spice (to taste) Cinnamon (to taste) 1/2-1 Banana, sliced (optional –> I use 1 whole) Combine all ingredients and stir. Pour into glass container and cover. Refrigerate overnight.
