    The Greatest Waffle Recipe Ever | These turned out really well. I've never made waffles before, so can't compare, thought the step of whipping the egg whites was a little much work, tho I'm sure that helps with making them light and fluffy. We liked them and will probably make again, maybe with applesauce instead of oil?
