Baked Panko-Crusted Chicken. 2 chicken breasts, sliced thin (2 slices per breast) 2 Cups Panko Crumbs 1 Tbsp Paprika 1 tsp onion powder 1 tsp season salt Combine Panko mixture with 1 Tbsp olive oil to keep it together. In shallow bowl, beat one egg and about 1 T millk together. Dip chicken into the egg, then the Panko mixture. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 mins.
