Simple Shrimp Tacos ((Baked the shrimp in the oven, instead of frying. The sauce I made with plain yogurt, lime juice, and cilantro was sooooo good! It was delicious and not too heavy. To make it fast, we ate it with a bag of cole slaw (minus the cole slaw sauce). I added sliced avocado and yum! A side of corn on the cob made it a meal. Definitely making again! S.))
Mini Tacos ~ Step 1: Cook 1 lb ground beef & season w/ taco seasoning. Step 2: Use non-stick spray on muffin tin & place wonton wrappers in muffin tin. Step 3: Fill uncooked wontons with beef & top with shredded cheese Step 4: Bake @350 for 8 minutes. Eat!
