While on the Cool House Tour in Austin last weekend, we came across one charming home in the middle of the city. The house itself was downright lovely, but what left us awestruck was the backyard. DIY BEE TRAP  For those who have bees, near the house, all summer long. Fill container with vinegar, sugar and salt, to trap wasps...huh! Did not know that! 1 - Cut a coke or pop 2L bottle about 1/3 of the way down, 2 - Turn the top upside down and tape it along the top edge. 3 - Fill with the mixture and see what you catch.
