i love this idea! reward chart for weight loss. also for those of us who are just working out to stay health and in shape it could be a great idea to have it set up that every set amount of days you go without skipping your workout you reward yourself!

Wow, and I have a LOT more than that. I'll never forget Oprah with that wheelbarrow of almost 70 lbs of fat she lost and yet she still struggles. Wearing (a lot) of extra weight is definitely a complex issue - but even 5 lbs. looks gross.
These are healthy weights, for the average body of each frame and height. This isn’t for you to say “ew that’s fat” or to say “yay I’m under my healthy weight” You also can’t pick your frame or change your frame, but you can find out what it is here.
