These Stuffed Mushrooms are so easy you could whip up a big tray of them in about 30 minutes before your guests arrive and have a delicious appetizer ready to go!

Just mix together crab meat, cream cheese, mayonnaise, green onion, and cayenne pepper in a bowl.  Unroll crescent roll dough on your work surface. Pinch the seams and roll it out a bit to make an even rectangle.  Cut the dough into 24 squares (6 rows by 4 rows). Fold one corner of the dough over the filling, then roll  to encase the crab filling in the dough. brush with egg white. Then, bake at 375 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes or until golden brown.
