I think this is a good reminder for people who are trying to lose weight and they keep stepping on the scale.....STOP IT!! Taking measurements is what is important, how you feel and look is important. The number on the scale is NOT everything. Take measurements and photos when you're working towards a body composition goal and liberate yourself from the daily weighing!!
