    1Tbsp instant yeast, 1 1/4 cup whole milk warm (110d), 1/4 cup sugar, 1/2 cup oil, 2 eggs room temp, 3 1/2 cup bread flour (must) 1 tsp salt, 1/2 stick butter (1/4 cup) Combine first 5 ingredients mix for a min then add 1 cup flour & salt, mix for 5 min. Then slowly add the rest of the flour or as needed to form a soft dough, place it in an greased bowl (glass or plastic) cover with plastic wrap and place it in a warm place or what I like to do is fill the sink with warm water and let rise.

Orange Rolls by Recipe Snob~T~This roll dough is rolled out and spread with melted butter and sprinkled with sugar and orange zest then shaped. A warm glaze of sugar, butter, orange juice and sour cream ( I used Greek yogurt to cut fat ) is poured over the rolls after they come out of the oven.
