Cilantro Lime Shrimp - so delicious, but VERY spicy. Like eat-with-a-Kleenex-so-you-can-wipe-your-runny-nose spicy. Next time I will definitely omit them so we can enjoy the jalapeño cornbread I made to go with it instead of saving it for another meal. Haha. I also doubled up on the tomatoes and cilantro because I don't think you can ever have too much of them.
