Pina Colada Smoothie Ingredients: 1 cup Almond Milk Plus Protein, divided 1/4 cup quick oats 1 (5.3) oz Vanilla or Strawberry Nonfat Greek Yogurt 1/2 overripe banana, chilled 1/2 cup diced fresh pineapple, chilled 1/4 tsp coconut extract 5-6 ice cubes
Ingredients: 3 ounces light rum 4 Tbsp coconut cream 1 Tbsp milk 1/2 cup fresh pineapple (crushed) 3/4 cup frozen fresh pineapple (crushed) 1 cup crushed ice Combine all ingredients in a blender and mix at high speed until smooth. Pour into tall glasses and garnish with fresh pineapple wedges. Serves 2.
