Sausage & Spinach Stuffed Shells....recipe from Annie's eats. Used an extra 15 oz can diced tomatoes, used 12 oz frozen spinach And only half pound sweet Italian sausage to use less meat. Had about 6 extra noodles, but turned out Great!
